The Strand doesn't have many resident amenities but it does have a welcoming lobby with a concierge attendant.

Assigned Garage Parking

Many of the two bedroom condos at Strand come with two deeded parking spaces, which is increasingly hard to find in condo towers.

Close to Miles of Trails

You'll find miles of riverfront trails to explore just outside your door at Strand including a marina and Poet's Beach.

ABOUT THE BUILDING

The Strand Condos

The Strand is a large three-tower condo development located right on the shores of the Willamette River near downtown Portland. In addition to the condos in the towers you'll also find street-level townhomes at the Strand with their own private entrances. All this is located within miles of walking and biking trails and lots of parks and green spaces that Portland is known for. 

In addition to all that you'll find terrific restaurants just outside your door like McCormick and Schmick's and the popular Dough Zone Dumpling House.  The Portland Streetcar and the Aerial Tram to OSHU are also nearby.

During the holidays The Strand offers residents an amazing vantage point for viewing popular activities like the Rose Festival fireworks, the Dragon Boat Races and the Christmas ship parade.

The Strand is a limited-service building so you won't find a lot of amenities here. There is a concierge in the lobby and parking is assigned in a secure garage. But that's about it... no fitness center or spa. But the good news it that keeps your HOA dues lower than comparably-priced condo buildings that have all those amenities.
